Do I need an account to book a showing?
No. A Showing Bell listing link works the same as always. The account adds the app: your showings in one place, the arrive and leave taps, feedback, clients, and your showing days.
Does the listing agent see my clients?
No. Your clients, your days, and your client’s ratings are private to you. The listing agent and the seller see what they see today: your showing and the feedback you send.
Does it work for homes that are not on Showing Bell?
Yes. Any home goes on a day by address, with its time and how you get in. The arrive and leave taps, the access note, and feedback apply to Showing Bell homes.
I already have a listing-agent account. Do I need a second one?
No. Sign in with the same email and password and choose “I show homes”. The showing side is added to the account you have.
Is it on Android?
Use showingbell.com/show in your browser. It is the same account, with your showings, your days, and your clients. The iPhone app adds notifications.
