Does anyone besides me need an account?
No. You are the only person who signs up. Sellers approve from a text message and buyer agents book from a link. Neither creates an account, installs anything, or remembers a password.
Do I need to connect my MLS?
No. Showing Bell does not connect to the MLS and does not need to. You type the listing in once and get a booking link. That is why it works the same on land, a rental, or an off-market home.
What if the buyer agent wants a different time?
Whoever approves can offer a new time instead of a yes or a no. The buyer agent then takes it or turns it down with one tap.
When do access instructions go out?
Only after you approve the showing, and only to the agent you approved. They are never on the public listing page, and never in the first email the agent receives.
Can I add a showing myself?
Yes. Anything you add from your agent app runs the same way as a request that came in through the link: the same confirmation, the same calendar invite, the same feedback request afterward.
What happens when the home goes under contract?
Mark the listing under contract. The public link stays live, so signs and QR codes still work, and the booking form is replaced with your contact details.
