Delete your Showing Bell account

You can close your account yourself, from any browser or from the Showing Bell iOS app. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

How to delete your account

1. Log in to your account.
2. Open Billing.
3. Choose Close account and type the confirmation phrase.

What happens when you close your account

• Your subscription is canceled immediately and there are no further charges.
• All of your listings, public booking links, QR codes, seller pages, showing history, buyer-agent feedback, and open-house sign-ins are permanently deleted.
• Logins for you and your team members are removed.
• Deletion cannot be undone, and there is no export.

What we retain

We retain only records needed for legal and messaging compliance: billing records with our payment processor (Stripe) and our own billing audit log, text-message consent and opt-out records (so STOP requests stay honored), delivery logs for texts (message content removed at closure) and emails (recipient address and subject line only), and security audit entries. Your listings, photos, booking pages, showing history, and feedback are permanently deleted.

Can't log in?

Email hello@showingbell.com from the email address on the account and we will verify it and close the account for you.
