How to delete your account

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Open Billing.
  3. Choose Close account and type the phrase it asks for.

What happens when you close your account

  • Your plan is canceled right away. You will not be charged again.
  • We delete all of it for good: your listings, your public booking links, and your QR codes; seller pages, showing history, feedback from buyer agents, and open house sign-ins.
  • We remove the logins for you and your team.
  • Deletion cannot be undone, and there is no export.

What we retain

We keep only what the law and the phone carriers require: billing records held by Stripe and our own billing log, and the records of who said yes to texts and who said STOP, so a STOP is honored after the account is gone.

Email hello@showingbell.com from the address on the account. We will check that it matches and close the account for you.
